Seven Easy Salad Dressing recipes
Salads don't have to be boring. Jazz them up with one of these easy salad dressing recipes that are super simple and fast to make.
All ingredients can be popped in a jar and shaken, except for the Avocado Herb Dressing. You’ll need to blend this one for best results.
Avocado Herb Dressing
- half an avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/3–1/2 cup water
- 1 cup fresh green herbs
- 1 small garlic clove
- pinch of salt
- juice of half a lemon
Yoghurt Mint Dressing
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Apple Dijon Dressing
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt
Sriracha Dressing
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha
Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- 2 tsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp honey
- pinch of salt
Ginger Soy Dressing
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tbsp mirin
