Super easy Friday arvo treats in a cup!

PINA COLADAS

  • 5 scoops coconut ice-cream
  • 5 tbsp pineapple chunks
  • 5 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup cherries
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • toasted shredded coconut, to garnish
  1. Pop a handful of shredded coconut in a pan over a high heat. Toss until toasted and set aside.
  2. Put ice cream, pineapple chunks, cherries and milk in a blender and whizz until well combined.
  3. Pour milkshakes into cups to serve and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

SPICED BANANA

  • 5 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • sprinkle of nutmeg, to garnish
  1. Pop a handful of crushed peanuts in a pan over a high heat. Toss until toasted and set aside.
  2. Put ice cream, peanut butter, maple syrup and milk in a blender and whizz until well combined.
  3. Pour milkshakes into cups to serve and sprinkle with toasted peanuts.

MAPLE CHOC PNB

  • 5 scoops chocolate ice-cream
  • 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • toasted crushed peanuts, to garnish
  1. Pop a handful of crushed peanuts in a pan over a high heat. Toss until toasted and set aside.
  2. Put ice cream, peanut butter, maple syrup and milk in a blender and whizz until well combined.
  3. Pour milkshakes into cups to serve and sprinkle with toasted peanuts.
